The TiLite TWIST is a lightweight and highly adjustable paediatric manual wheelchair designed to encourage exploration, play and independent mobility. Key Features

Built-in growth

The TiLite TWIST is available in seat sizes ranging from 8″ x 8″ to 15″ x 16″. Each wheelchair provides up to 2″ of seat-width growth and 3″ of seat-depth growth, allowing the chair to adapt as the child grows.

Growth adjustments are incorporated into the original frame, reducing the need to purchase separate growth components.

Fully adjustable Tru-Fit system

The TWIST features TiLite’s Tru-Fit system, which uses an infinitely adjustable mechanism rather than a limited series of pre-set adjustment holes.

This allows clinicians to fine-tune the wheelchair’s fit and configuration to support the child’s posture, propulsion and functional requirements.

Lightweight aluminium frame

The lightweight aluminium frame is designed to provide responsive handling and easy manoeuvrability while maintaining the durability required for everyday paediatric use.

Centre-mount anti-tip

Low seat-to-floor height

The high-mount footplate system allows the wheelchair to achieve a front seat-to-floor height as low as 6″, without requiring additional risers or clamp-on systems.

TiShaft back-release bar

The TiShaft back-release bar allows the folding back support to be released from different angles, helping simplify folding and unfolding for parents and caregivers.

Parent-friendly push handle

An optional centre-mounted push handle is height adjustable and can be easily removed when it is not required.

This provides caregiver assistance while maintaining a streamlined wheelchair configuration.
