Mono-tube rigid frame

The Aero Z features a clean mono-tube frame constructed from 1.25-inch tubing. This frame design provides strength and durability while maintaining a streamlined, contemporary appearance.

The open frame shape also provides excellent transportability and allows the wheelchair to be positioned more easily on a vehicle seat during loading.

Responsive rigid-frame performance

Rigid wheelchairs are constructed using fewer components and moving parts than folding wheelchairs. This helps reduce unnecessary frame movement and energy loss during propulsion.

Full adjustability

The TiLite Aero Z incorporates Precision Lock technology, providing an intuitive system for adjusting castor alignment and backrest angle. These adjustments help clinicians refine the wheelchair’s setup for an accurate fit and smooth ride.

Adjustable centre of gravity

The Aero Z provides up to 6 inches of centre-of-gravity adjustment, allowing the wheelchair’s balance and handling characteristics to be tailored to the user.

Moving the rear wheels forward can create a more responsive setup, while positioning them further rearward can provide increased stability. The final position should be selected according to the user’s mobility skills, confidence and clinical requirements.
