Modular frame design

Tru-Fit adjustment system

TiLite’s Tru-Fit System provides virtually infinite adjustment rather than relying on a limited number of pre-drilled frame holes.

This allows clinicians to fine-tune the wheelchair’s setup while maintaining frame strength by using clamp-based adjustments instead of frame-weakening bolt holes.

Box-frame performance

The Aero X uses a rigid box-frame design to provide efficient propulsion while retaining the practicality of a folding wheelchair.

Its Snap-In Seat Saddles lock the cross tubes securely into position, helping the Aero X achieve handling characteristics more commonly associated with rigid-frame wheelchairs.

Improved castor adjustment

The wheelchair incorporates TiLite’s redesigned Speedloader system, making castor alignment quicker and more durable.

The design also provides forward and rearward castor positioning to assist with setup and performance tuning.
