TiLite CR1
The TiLite CR1 is an ultra-lightweight carbon fibre rigid manual wheelchair engineered for active users seeking responsive handling, efficient propulsion and easier transport. Its aerodynamic frame profile, foam-filled carbon fibre core and carefully integrated components are designed to deliver strength and performance while keeping transport weight to approximately 3.9 kg.
Dual-angled front frame
The unique dual-angled front end incorporates an additional bend in the downtube, allowing the user to move up to 2 inches closer to beds, chairs and other surfaces during transfers.
This frame shape also allows the castors to sit further back beneath the wheelchair, helping improve manoeuvrability and access in confined spaces.
Integrated fold-down backrest
Custom-profiled side guards form part of the wheelchair’s structural design while supporting the integrated backrest mechanism.
The backrest folds down for transport without requiring a separate external release bar, helping maintain a clean appearance while keeping the wheelchair compact for vehicle loading and storage.
Specially engineered castor system
The CR1 incorporates specially designed castor bearings developed for vertical load application and weight reduction.
Carbon fibre castor wheels and low-profile components contribute to its lightweight construction and responsive handling.
Reinforced carbon fibre joints
Reinforcement trim rings are incorporated around bonded frame joints to support durability and create a refined visual finish.

Adjustable centre of gravity
