Next Generation – Heel/arm wedge cushion

The Make Rehab Next Generation Heel/Arm Wedge Cushion is a specialised positioning support cushion developed to help relieve pressure on sensitive areas of the body, particularly the heels, lower legs and arms. The wedge-shaped design helps elevate and offload vulnerable areas from the supporting surface, assisting with pressure redistribution and comfort during prolonged positioning.

The cushion can be used beneath the heels to help reduce pressure on the calcaneus, support lower limb positioning and assist with pressure injury prevention strategies. It may also be positioned beneath the arms, elbows or other body areas requiring targeted support and pressure relief.

Its adaptable design allows clinicians and carers to incorporate the wedge into a wide range of positioning setups, either independently or alongside other Next Generation positioning cushions. This flexibility helps create customised positioning solutions based on individual clinical needs and comfort requirements.

Filled with dynamic oval-shaped beads, the Heel/Arm Wedge Cushion provides stable support while conforming to body contours.
