Spex Safe2Go Vehicle Harness

Compliant with the Australian standard covering the use of specialty harnesses and vests (AS 5384: Accessories for seat belts used in motor vehicles), it works in conjunction with the vehicle’s 3-point seat belt to keep the user secure, helping reduce the risk of inappropriate movement while providing gentle support for the user’s trunk.

With seven vest sizes and the option of either a vertical seat mount or a top tether mount, the harness can be used with or without ISOFIX, making it compatible with a wide range of vehicles including private cars, taxis, and school buses. This versatility makes it an intuitive and reliable choice for families and caregivers.

Unique to this design, the vest can be put on like a piece of clothing outside of the vehicle or alternatively, the vest can stay clipped into the vehicle mount and fitted to the user once they are in the vehicle seat. Once seated in the vehicle, the vest simply clips to the vehicle mount, making transfers smooth and minimising stress. With only two main parts: the vest and the vehicle mount, this harness is simple to fit and adjust, saving time for caregivers while enhancing user comfort.
