The Ottobock Start wheelchairs are comparatively inexpensive and are therefore primarily intended for temporary use by a number of different users.  In cases of limited mobility, they can help users to regain a certain degree of independence. This type of wheelchair is less suitable for long-term use or for self-propulsion.
