Compact design for smaller users

The IPAI MINI is specifically designed for children who require enhanced postural support in a smaller car seat format.

It supports children approximately 100–125 cm in height, making it a suitable option for smaller users who need more support than a conventional booster can offer.

90° swivel base

A 90° swivel base allows the car seat to rotate towards the vehicle door during transfers.

This can help caregivers position the child more easily while reducing awkward lifting, twisting and reaching. Once the child is positioned, the seat rotates back into the forward-facing travel position and locks securely.

Tilt-in-space positioning

Integrated tilt-in-space allows the seating system to be positioned to provide additional postural support.

Tilt may help children who experience reduced endurance, altered muscle tone or difficulty maintaining an upright posture for extended periods.

Stepless backrest recline

The IPAI MINI includes stepless backrest recline, providing additional flexibility when positioning the child for comfort and postural support.

Combined with tilt-in-space, recline can help accommodate fatigue, tone, endurance and individual seating requirements during longer journeys.

Adjustable lateral trunk supports

Integrated lateral trunk supports can be adjusted in:

Secure 5-point harness

A padded 5-point harness helps support pelvic and trunk positioning within the car seat.

The harness can assist with maintaining a stable seated position while also helping manage children who may have difficulty remaining safely positioned during travel.

Reduced-access buckle

A reduced-access buckle option is available to support children who may attempt to release the harness while the vehicle is moving.

This feature can help reduce the risk of unintended unbuckling and may assist with the management of behaviours of concern.

Clinical assessment is recommended to determine whether a reduced-access buckle is appropriate for the individual child.

Growth adjustable

The IPAI MINI is designed to adapt as the child grows.

• Padding and infill sections

A conversion kit is also available to upgrade the IPAI MINI into the larger IPAI MAX configuration as the child grows.

Tool-free adjustment
