The Dreamline Swing-down Medial Thigh Support, has a combined swing-down & removable function. The robust bracket is adjustable in height, depth (& through the Dreamline Seat Pan it is also width & Angle adjustable). The Medial Thigh support has a closed cell foam pad overlaid with a soft immersive Sunmate visco-elastic foam & soft 4-way stretch neoprene covers.

Medial thigh supports are often used where there is high tonal femural adduction or leg crossing. Dreamline pads have a firm inner to help reduce knee spasms & a softer overlay for comfort. The waterfall design reduces the chance of the knee slipping under the pad & can bring the pad closer to the front of the knee (or where the leverage is greatest). Washable neoprene covers are water resistant and can help prevent fluids & odours permeating the foam inner.
