The Dreamline Arm Supports offer secure and ergonomic upper limb positioning, designed to improve comfort, postural control, and pressure distribution for wheelchair users of all ages and needs.
Dreamline Arm Supports have a durable aluminium shell with multiple slots for attaching items such as elbow blocks, arm blocks & tray mounting systems etc. The soft arm pad overlaid with viscoelastic Sunmate foam offers wide full arm support. The cover is removable for washing. Dreamline height adjustment is easy to operate with a pull knob.
Arms carry approximately 10% of the weight of the user. Arm position is critical as they can influence the position of the trunk & overall sitting ability & stability. Dreamline laterals with their full width support have demonstrated good arm propping & infinite width, depth, angle for accurate arm positioning.
